The Altea duo-20A is a 3-way portable column system made from ABS and features a wooden subwoofer, tailored for mobile use in various settings including corporate events, celebrations, conferences, and live performances. It boasts a two-channel Class D amplifier and a universal power supply with a peak power output of 2,000W, delivering the necessary power and dynamics for such a lightweight system. The integrated DSP board leverages DAS control technology, equipped with an LCD display and a rotary knob for selecting different acoustic modes (presets) based on the system’s usage, as well as access to other customizable options in the menu. The DSP includes two independent mic/line inputs with individual volume controls, along with a third instrument input for connecting keyboards, basses, or guitars. Additionally, audio can be streamed wirelessly from mobile devices, and the entire system can be managed via the DASlink GM app.

The system features two 10″ 10MG speakers specifically designed for low-frequency performance, achieving ultra-low distortion through a robust magnetic assembly and a cone suspension design that allows for high displacement. For mid and high frequency reproduction, the top section is equipped with four 3″ 3PN drivers featuring neodymium magnets, along with an M27N (1″) neodymium compression driver paired with a 100º x 50º horn. This design ensures consistent horizontal directional control across the high-frequency range (f>1000Hz), with the compression driver providing crisp and clear high notes.
