The Eminence Beta-8CX coaxial speaker is an 8″ versatile driver perfect for professional audio mid-range reproduction in sealed enclosures or mid-bass and monitor applications in vented 2-way cabinets. With a 250W RMS power rating, 95 Hz – 3.3 kHz frequency range, and coaxial design for seamless integration of a high-frequency driver, it delivers exceptional clarity and performance. Ideal for small, efficient enclosures, its durable construction includes a pressed steel basket, paper cone, and Kapton voice coil.
EMINENCE USA BETA-8CX (8 ohm) Recommended for professional audio mid-range reproduction in sealed enclosures. Also suitable for mid-bass or floor monitor applications in vented 2-way cabinets. A very capable stand-alone driver, The Beta 8CX has a threaded pole-piece so that a screw-on, 1” exit high frequency driver can be attached to form a coaxial set up. A screen type dust cap allows the output of the high frequency driver to pass through the center. A small, 60 degree conical horn is attached to the top of the pole-piece beneath the dust cap.
